In summer, the Eggalm area is a beautiful starting point for hikes and mountain experiences.

In winter, you are close to Ski Zillertal 3000, the Eggalm/Rastkogel ski area and the Hintertux Glacier.

The free Tux sport bus connects Lanersbach with Hintertux and Mayrhofen. In winter, it runs in very frequent intervals, up to every 8 minutes depending on timetable.
